Yes. Our emergency line (+254 700 911 000) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For life-threatening emergencies, please also call 999 or go to the nearest emergency facility.

We accept Cash, M-Pesa (Paybill and Till), SHA (Social Health Authority), and Private Insurance. Our billing team can assist you with payment plans for larger procedures.

Yes. We accept M-Pesa payments via our Paybill number. Please ask our reception team for the current Paybill details when you visit or call us.

We work with SHA (Social Health Authority), AAR Insurance, Jubilee Health Insurance, CIC Insurance Group, and several other providers. Please contact us to confirm if your specific plan is accepted.

Simply present your SHA card or national ID at reception. Our team will verify your eligibility and process your claim directly. No upfront payment is required for covered services.

We are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our emergency line operates 24/7.
